FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DOES UMS WORK?
Your ticket will get you a wristband that will get you access to any outdoor stage or venue for that day, or all weekend depending on what pass you purchased. All shows require a wristband, and no single shows or venues are sold separately. Buy the ticket, take the ride!
HOW DO I GET IN?
You’ll need to scan your digital ticket at a stage box office for a wristband to get in to any and all shows. Venues will not be able to redeem tickets for wristbands! In order to enter venues, you will need a wristband first! So start your UMS journey at a box office!
Our box offices for getting wristbands are located at:
Showcase Stage: 3001 Larimer St
Underground Stage: 2420 Larimer St
Hours:
Friday 3pm - 10pm
Saturday 1pm - 10pm
Sunday 1pm - 8:30pm
WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL HOURS?

Where is UMS taking place?
UMS will be all over RiNo, and combines outdoor stages, indoor music venues, other deals and experiences via the RiNo Guide participants and our Underground Parties.
STAGES - The heart of the fest and largest areas to explore. There are two stages located in parking lots off Larimer
Showcase Stage - 3001 Larimer St
Underground Stage - 2420 Larimer St
VENUES - 12+ bars, breweries and independent music venues are hosting shows throughout the weekend
UNDERGROUND PARTIES - One-of fun experiences at an even wider swath of locations and often with more collaborators
RINO GUIDE - Bites, bevs, art, shopping, and more to hit between sets - download the app for this map
STREET CLOSURES - UMS is trying to keep closures limited to limit disruption. Scroll down for more info on this.
What are the box office locations and hours?
Head to Showcase Stage at 3001 Larimer or Underground Stage at 2420 Larimer to get your ticket scanned and secure your wristband for the weekend. Then you’ll have access to all venues and be able to re-enter stages as well.
Hours:
Friday 3pm - 10pm
Saturday 1pm - 10pm
Sunday 1pm - 8:30pm
Is there re-entry?
Yes, UMS allows attendees to wander and explore and hop from show to show, so you can re-enter all day or weekend depending on what type of pass you purchased. At re-entry you will have to still clear security checkpoints.
Can I transfer or send a ticket to a friend?
Yes! We’ll not be matching tickets to purchaser names, so anyone who presents the ticket QR code and scans it will be able to use it as is.

What about transportation and parking?
We suggest not driving if you plan to enjoy the festivities and eat and drink in RiNo. Some options for transportation include:
VEO - Our mobility partner, Veo is deploying more scooters and bikes in the area ahead of UMS. Check back for a UMS specific promo code to use too.
RTD - RTD offers various routes in the area
Rail
A Line: RiNo's main rail hub is the 38th & Blake Station. It connects the neighborhood directly to Downtown (Denver Union Station in about 5 minutes) and Denver International Airport.
Bus Routes
Route 44: Services the southern edges of RiNo, running along Larimer St and Lawrence St.
Route 48: Travels directly through the heart of the district, running along Broadway and Brighton Blvd.
Route 12: Operates along the western and northern edges, connecting via Washington St and Downing St.
PARKING - If you must drive, please do not park in neighborhoods! Use two hour parking in RiNo, or the best option is to utilize the Coors Field Parking Garage at 27th and Blake - we’ve worked with the operators for additional staff UMS weekend, and all day parking for $10 per vehicle.
WHAT’s The ums age policy?
The official UMS outdoor stages will allow kids. But, please note that many indoor partner venues in RiNo are 21+ and kids are not permitted in those bars/venues. Kids under 10 years old get in free and kids over 10 years old must have a festival ticket for entry. Anyone 16 or under must have a chaperone.
HOW DO I FIND MY TICKETS?
You should have received an email and possibly a text with your tickets. Search for orders@humanitix.com for sender. Pull the QR code up on your phone ahead of time so you're ready to get in as quickly as possible. You may also print the tickets, but let's save some trees if possible! Also, as a reminder, make sure to have your ID ready at the door for a speedy entrance.
If someone else purchased tickets for you, you’ll need them to send you your tickets, or have their name and email handy so we can look them up at the door.
