HOW DO I GET IN?
Once your bag has been checked & your ticket has been scanned, you will be issued a festival wristband. If you need to replace your festival wristband for any reason (too tight, etc.), there will be a $10 fee for a new one, and you must trade in the old one to prevent re-use.
If you lose your festival wristband, we will not be able to offer a replacement.
WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?
The box office is in a new location: 1 Ellsworth Ave. It is on the east side of the Broadway + Ellsworth intersection. During these operating hours, you can redeem your ticket for a wristband at any of the locations.
Ellsworth & Broadway
Friday 7/25: 3:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday 7/26: 2:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Sunday 7/27: 1:15 pm - 7:30 pm
HOW DO I GET THERE?
There are multiple stages and venues along Broadway from 4th to Alameda.
The Baker neighborhood is a tough place to find parking, so consider getting an Uber/Lyft, biking, or riding RTD! We recommend getting dropped off between 3rd and Alameda on Broadway.
WILL THERE BE PARKING?
UMS does not offer parking. There is extremely limited street parking available, but we recommend not driving and taking a ride share, public transit, biking or walking if possible.
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?
Online! Or in-person at the gates. We’re selling weekend passes and day passes for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at this link. We'll also be selling tickets at the festival at all UMS box offices.
HOW DO I FIND MY TICKETS?
You should have received an email and possibly a text with your tickets. Search for orders@humanitix.com for sender. Pull the QR code up on your phone ahead of time so you're ready to get in as quickly as possible. You may also print the tickets, but let's save some trees if possible! Also, as a reminder, make sure to have your ID ready at the door for a speedy entrance.
If someone else purchased tickets for you, you’ll need them to send you your tickets, or have their name and email handy so we can look them up at the door.
I BOUGHT TICKETS FROM A “FRIEND” / SCALPER / THIRD PARTY. HOW CAN I VERIFY IF THIS TICKET IS LEGITIMATE?
The UMS cannot guarantee the validity of tickets not purchased directly from the festival website. Tickets are non-transferable, we do not charge a ticket transfer fee, and we cannot look up a re-seller’s name for you.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT SAFETY?
We take safety and security very seriously. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public protection agencies to help ensure the safety of our event. There are Denver Police officers and security at exits/entrances and roaming the event location. Their main focus is preventing harm for all attendees and ensuring patrons are participating in safe activities. If you see something, say something to an officer or a person in a UMS shirt or with a radio and they will contact the appropriate authorities. There is also a medical staff at the festival at all times. There are first aid booths at the Showcase and Get Loud Stages. They will be contacted right away if anything is to happen.
During the festival, the medics will be roaming and ensuring all patrons are in good health and will have a radio to connect to all officers and UMS staff. In the case of an event, they are instructed to contact emergency services and do all they can on festival grounds.
Please do your part in staying home if you feel sick and remember to use our sanitation and hand-washing stations frequently throughout the festival.

DO YOU OFFER NEIGHBORHOOD TICKETS?
UMS loves the Broadway/Baker neighborhood and the festival team is grateful for the support of the community throughout the years. We know that the festival makes for a very different weekend than “normal”. We want to make sure that those directly impacted by our outdoor stages get access to the festivities as a way of saying thanks for sharing your community with us. In an effort to be transparent about our process, we offer a neighborhood ticket application.
In order to be eligible, you must live within a one-block radius of one of our outdoor stages.
You can learn more on our Neighborhood Ticketing Program page.
