HOW DO I GET IN?
Once your bag has been checked & your ticket has been scanned, you will be issued a festival wristband. If you need to replace your festival wristband for any reason (too tight, etc.), there will be a $10 fee for a new one, and you must trade in the old one to prevent re-use.
If you lose your festival wristband, we will not be able to offer a replacement.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT COVID-19?
Please do not attend Underground Music Showcase if you develop any symptoms of COVID-19, even if you are fully vaccinated OR if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
We suggest masking in any crowded spaces as a precaution, especially indoors.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Our primary box office is at the Showcase Stage. On Friday and Saturday, our late night box office will be at Oasis Stage (Broadway between W. 3rd and 2nd Ave) until 11pm.
All three stages will be selling tickets and will be able to troubleshoot ticketing issues.
WILL THERE BE PARKING?
UMS does not offer parking. There is extremely limited street parking available, but we recommend not driving and taking a ride share or public transit option if possible.
CAN I STILL BUY TICKETS?
Yes! We’re selling weekend passes and day passes for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at this link.
HOW DO I FIND MY TICKETS?
You should have received an email and possibly a text with your tickets. Pull the QR code up on your phone ahead of time so you're ready to get in as quickly as possible. You may also print the tickets, but let's save some trees if possible! Also, as a reminder, make sure to have your ID ready at the door for a speedy entrance.
If someone else purchased tickets for you, you’ll need them to send you your tickets, or have their name and email handy so we can look them up at the door.
I BOUGHT TICKETS FROM A “FRIEND” / SCALPER / THIRD PARTY. HOW CAN I VERIFY IF THIS TICKET IS LEGITIMATE?
The UMS cannot guarantee the validity of tickets not purchased directly from the festival website. Tickets are non-transferable, we do not charge a ticket transfer fee, and we cannot look up a re-seller’s name for you.

Friday: 3:00pm-2:00am
Saturday: 1:00pm-2:00am
Sunday: 1:00pm-2:00am
The Outdoor Stages:
Showcase Stage: Friday: 3p-10p Saturday & Sunday: 1p-10p
Underground & Oasis Stages: Friday 3p-10p Saturday & Sunday: 1p-9:30p
The outdoor stages close by 10p each night. For the rest of the venues please see the festival schedule as some venues stay open until 2:00 a.m, some close earlier. We suggest taking a look at the schedule for more up-to-date and accurate listings of each stage and venue!
WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT SAFETY?
We take safety and security very seriously. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public protection agencies to help ensure the safety of our event. There are Denver Police officers and security at exits/entrances and roaming the event location. Their main focus is preventing harm for all attendees and ensuring patrons are participating in safe activities. If you see something, say something to an officer or a person in a UMS shirt or with a radio and they will contact the appropriate authorities.There is also a medical staff at the festival during all times. They will be contacted right away if anything is to happen.
During the festival, the medics will be roaming and ensuring all patrons are in good health and will have a radio to connect to all officers and UMS staff. In the case of an event, they are instructed to contact emergency services and do all they can on festival grounds.
Please do your part in staying home if you feel sick and remembering to use our sanitation and hand-washing stations frequently throughout the festival.

HOW DO I STAY HYDRATED AT THE FESTIVAL?
There are water refill stations located at all outdoor stages. Play your part by bringing a reusable container for free refills to stay hydrated all weekend. We will also have water bottles and seltzer for sale at the bars.
WHERE CAN I EAT?
We’ll have food trucks at all our outdoor stages, and there’s also an endless amount of food options up and down Broadway too. We recommend everything and anything. Check out our app for more suggestions on spots to grab a bite.
DO YOU HAVE MERCH?
We’ll be selling official UMS merch throughout the festival weekend at the Showcase Stage.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We are not able to accept cash payments, please plan to use credit cards at the bars, merch booth, etc.
CAN I BRING MY KID?
The official UMS outdoor stages at Goodwill and Import Mechanics are all ages. Please note that many partner venues along Broadway are 21+ and kids are not permitted.
Kids under 10 years old get in free and kids over 10 years old must have a festival ticket for entry.
Anyone 16 or under must have a chaperone.
CAN I BRING MY pet?
Pets will not be allowed at Underground Music Showcase unless they are service animals, by law.
IS UMS ADA ACCESSIBLE?
The UMS House, Showcase, Underground, and Oasis Stages are outdoor stages and our bathrooms are ADA accessible, however; we do not have specific ADA viewing areas. Stay tuned for our Accessibility Guide.
OUTSIDE VENDORS
If you don’t have vending approval from the festival organizers, your items will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the festival.
IS THERE A LOST & FOUND?
Yes. It is at our Box Office at the Showcase Stage and will be open Friday 3:00PM - 9:00PM, Sat & Sun 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
what’s your refund policy?
The 2023 Underground Music Showcase is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds or exchanges. All purchases are non-transferable and all event information, including the lineup, is subject to change.
However, if the 2023 Underground Music Showcase is rescheduled or canceled, refunds are available if your tickets were purchased through our official ticketing portal. We cannot verify the policies of third-party ticket resellers.
